The user may easily extract the medical information from the network that is connected with personal. However, any person could put the information in the network, the user is very difficult to understand the primitive source of the information. It is unable to make sure whether the information we known are correct and reliable.
This research is designed by the way of description research, discusses the quality of chronic kidney disease health teaches website, healing institutes in Taiwan Area, Kidney correlation academic society foundation, the department of nurses in university. Comments the value of 50 websites in all. To evaluate the accuracy of the website content and the technical stratification plane, the update frequency, author’s authority, the user’s privacy protection policy, the integrity, the paradigm design, the linking quality and the interaction system. And interview 10 chronic kidney disease patients altogether, understood the difficult factors for the patients who search the websites of the kidney care.
The research detected that the technology aspect of the kidney disease website is more perfect (scope 0 to 11, mean value 7.78 ± 1.40). The content aspect is more imperfect (scope 0 to 60, mean value 18.4 ± 13.93). The overall average scoring has not reached half of the score (scope 0 to 71, equally figures out the score 27.18 ± 13.74).
The result showed the 50 websites which the research institute comments are all not to have the commercial advertising behavior, but the website quality still doesn’t reach the consummation, with past healthy subject detection as subject, we can find the websites quality without having the advertisement behavior are better than the websites with the advertisement behavior with past healthy subject detection as subject. The result was different. Moreover, the problems of website using for the users in the past. We only know the information is not integrity, can’t find out the correlation data and so on, but does not understand the detailed content. This research understand the information of detail and the content is not integrated, the result might supply the reference to establish the kidney care websites or perhaps be the basis update content of the kidney care website.
