The main idea of the design is according to “ control module for flywheel operated hand tool ”. In power transportation , the paper use the belt system instead of the gear system；the paper use the principle of the horn lock instead of the clutching mechanism in engaging and disengaging with the flywheel. Then the paper use the fastener drive assembly with a return approach which is coupled with a spring mechanism , but not with a vacuum return approach.
This paper studies the dimensional analysis based on sale Electronic Nail Gun when finishing the design idea. Then, it proceeds mechanical analysis of the fastener stroke and the rotate disk. The result shows that how much degree a round rotation deck can drive fastener in fixed stroke.
