Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 機械工程學系碩博士班 === 95 === ABSTRACT After “smart little people”, a concept of TRIZ, has been introduced to Israel, SIT methodology was developed. Soon after SIT methodology was introduced to USA, USIT methodology was developed. USIT methodology makes users focus on the problem in greater details and not pass over any possible change for the solutions. USIT strives to be applicable in many disciplines. This thesis applies USIT to eco-innovation, and proposes the links between the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) eco-efficiency elements, green design principles and engineer parameters to help designers collect and cull information. This thesis also combines the above-mentioned links with the original foundation of USIT to establish an eco-innovation USIT design process. In the first phase, problem definition, it is necessary to collect information which is sorted and transformed into a problem statement. In the second phase, problem analysis, the designers can apply either or both of the USIT solution methods, the Close-World Method which focuses on objects, attributes, and functions and the Particles Method which is improved from the smart little people method. In the third phase, solution generator, solutions are discovered while applying five solution techniques. The eco-innovation USIT design process proposed in this thesis is conducive to designers to develop lower environmental impact and higher innovative products. For demonstrating the proposed process, three cases: the new active disassembly fastener, the idle taxi, the simplified structure dental floss brush are solved, according to the proposed process.
