Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === The research reviews relative literature theory and the expert interview of intercity bus industry, and then uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to develop questionnaire. The research expects to choose important index of performance appraisal of drivers to develop a standard approach. The research established performance index and relative weights of intercity bus industry by AHP. The results find that work quality is the most importance index in second hierarchy level, and work behavior and work attitude. Work quality almost made up half of the total weight, and it is the most important in the performance appraisal of drivers in intercity bus industry. In particular, for the safety oriented intercity bus industry, the drivers’ work quality is the key factor to evaluate whether drivers offer work quality achieve the requirements that company request or not.
