This study applies this organization principle to observe a company in order to prove the established theory being robust. So called small and specialized organization is that the size of company is relatively small; but each member of organization is highly specialized in technology, management, and services. Comparing to large scale of organization, a successful small and specialized organization must characterize excellent sale capability, reasonable pricing policy, stable services, and a trustable reputation. This study uses SWOT analysis over the selected case. The results conform the established theory of small and specialized organization for certain type of engineering company.
