Under the basis of consumer behavior theory and foundation of relevant documents, which uses the structure of EKB, adopted questionnaire investigation method to analyze survey materials with statistical method and obtained the following results: the motive attributes for consumer's medical demand to absorb medical costs by themselves can be divided into two main groups such as appearance posture consideration and psychic construction; the assessment criterion attribute for one to absorb their own medical costs can be divided into three major elements: such favorable, comprehensive and convenience; the interviewees' work life attitude is divided into three major classes, such as independence, purchase and independent character…etc; the assessment criterion attribute for cosmetology is divided into skin pull anti-ageing, whitening and zits prevention; the assessment criterion attribute for plastic surgery can be divided into face mould type and figure sculpturing; in the area of personal health inspection, the assessment criterion attribute can be divided into comprehensive type and the women type. And with consumption experiences collected from both the consumers and the entire interviewed group focusing on self medical cost evaluation on cosmetology, integrated type cosmetology, individual that demand assess three can be separate into 3 groups, low demand group, beauty conscious group and the health conscious group. The none-consumption experience group can be separated into the common group and the female beauty conscious group. Regarding the answer for the most appropriate location for self absorbed medical cost, this research has found subsidiary organizations within medical centers to be the most; under the section of the most demanded self cost medical category, health checks were in the lead; for the evaluation of self cost medical services, many interviewees thought “private and comfortable space” was the most important, therefore recommends medical center type of facility should develop self cost personal health check related services to increase financial incomes. Even though skin care and plastic surgery appeared low on demand within self cost medical categories, medical centers can still develop the following six type of categories, “facial zits prevention and therapy course”, “help on lost of hairs”, “laser surgery (mold, hair removal)”, “dental positioning and whitening surgeries”, “laser surgery for near sights” and “eye lids and surrounding surgeries”. In the area of medical marketing, medical centers can utilize “television, advertisement”, “newspaper and magazine” or “family recommendation” to greatly market self cost medical cares and related information.
