The steadily increasing population of shift working style and its variety makes it become a crucial essay of economical society. In this study, we focus on the employees who work as a shift style in thermal power plants of Taiwan Power Company. We analyze the differences of different personal attributes among quality of work life, organizational commitment and working performance. Besides, according to the employees’ satisfaction to the quality of work life; the agreement level of organizational commitment and the expression level of working performance, we analysis the correlation among quality of work life, organizational commitment and working analyzed. We try to figure out the main factors in order to provide the management strategy of human resources and provide the organizational effect of company departments. In this study, we adopt the cluster sampling questionary survey, and use SPSS statistics software to analysis the data. The study methods we use include reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis, analysis of canonical correlation ,etc. And we figure out : 1. There are distinctive differences of partial personal attributes among quality of work life, organizational commitment and working performance. 2. There are distinctive positive correlations between quality of work life and organizational commitment. 3. The quality of work life has distinctive positive effect on working performance. 4.
