The pressure is omnipresent and the culture of overtime gets worse. Time which people work extend constantly, it makes body accumulating tiredness if it can not be relieved. The human body can not bear the illness that result from vicious circle. Finally, it might endanger the life because of being overwork. In the view of medical science, we should face the fatigue and find out the solution, and prevent its injury to the health. In this research, we design an evaluation system of tiredness to offer the people of overtime working and staying up for a long time an objective and valuable information, and let the users understand their health condition at any time. People can guard against disease at early time. This system consists of the measuring modules of peripheral blood flow and electromyogram. We use the system to evaluate the user’s tiredness and relieve it by the Far-infrared ray cabin.
