The construstion of low voltage power distribution is expenses, and built limit at terrain of mountain district, rain forest, right way,etc. The solar-energy device need to maintain and clean photovoltaic panels, overcome short life-span of bettery. In this thesis, methods of electrostatic field inductions to obtain electric power of transmission lines are also proposed. Utility electrostatic field induction supplys slight power capacity that put electron-change panel under the tower of transmission line, then raise altitude of electron-change panel on the tower that can provides power for low voltage equipments from route of transmission lines.
