And make Cheng Zhong's temperature field to distribute with FEM simulation , and verify the result welded in FEM simulation by surveying temperature, expect to be able to apply to the work on the spot. The ones that study and carry on are divided into three directions: (1)Carry on the static experiment , including the hardness amount examines, remains examining in conformity with strength examining and temperature amount. And then weld the side of about a line of edge and grow up and test from the vertical tired crack which weld a direction, analyse the static influence on the tired result of the test of result, understand because FSW causes and welds the influence of different nature of both sides . (2)Use FEM simulation distribution of temperature field when making Cheng , understand in advance that welds the temperature profile that the parameter causes. (3)Use FSW to be applied to mend in because the tired crack produced , and the tired behavior of observing it before and after mending.
