碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 95 === The students' dormitory is the space that each student will has university period, the school often thought the students' dormitory was only a piece of space offering students to live, store something. The school considers rarely that the students' dormitory space can let students exchange and study each other after school. So most dormitories are blankness now. Including student life are more wonderful, they had having different culture and different experience of life, so the demand on the space of students' dormitory will have difference. Thus student have different suggestion to students' dormitory. To hope that the student can live in the dormitory where they are favor, comfortable, safe, and study with themselves. In order to improve the accommodation environment of the students' dormitory, increase the inside function of the dormitory space. So, the research will use different background and life style of students. To treat the student about the relationship of demands with the students' dormitory space. Finally, Can offer it for architect's who build students' dormitory reference. The research use questionnaire investigation, To investigaation a lot of students about the suggestions on every space use of school dormitory and planning.Three type of stundents life style analysis with factor analysis and cluster analysis.Then, utilized questionnaire assaying with Independent-Sample T Test , One Way ANOVA and Chi-Square. In this research shows, divide into cluster of three kinds of student living in Cheng Kung University dormitory, ' introversive gentle and quiet cluster ',' substantiate and busy cluster ', ' export-oriented gregarious cluster '. In the middle, they have difference demand of the dormitory space. In researching and analyzing, To find out that the students’ background and life style have relation with the living space of the dormitory. Moreover, students' life style have relation with the studying and social contact of the dormitory .In the area demand, only the background have relation with some space area. in this research find that some student select one's own future dormitory model with the habitual behavior. Students of ' export-oriented gregarious cluster ' have higher demands to the subsidiary space.
