Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系專班 === 95 === Difference in geological conditions, excavation depth, groundwater pressure, soil retaining structure, design of excavation, is causing many problems for underground deep excavation works. Expending the area of excavation, on the other hand, could cause leaking in basement wall and raft.
It is time-consuming in handling the leaking problem. Despite the innovation in technology and the improvement in water retarding material and methods, there is still no significant effect in decreasing basement wall or raft leaking problem.
Basement Water Retarding Method, Construction Management, and Water Retarding Design will be discussed in this document. This research will review the basement water retarding method and material in the public and private facilities. Base on the leaking cases in basement retaining facility and excavation area, the relationship between excavation method, water retarding design and method and excavation area will be discussed in order to suggest the basement water retarding method design and construction management. The following details will be included:
1.To analyze basement wall water retarding method, material and leaking root cause. To discuss basement water retarding method, basement raft water retarding work, water retarding method on the basement roof, and the regulations of water retarding material.
2.To Discuss the basement water retarding method base on the excavation material, construction tools, construction rules and procedures. To prevent the possible leaking problem, consideration of suitable construction method for raft, basement wall, and basement roof is also included.
3.To analyze the relationship between leaking problem, excavation method, water retarding design, methods, and construction area base on the case study. To suggest a construction inspection list according to water retarding design strategy, construction management, solution of water retarding defects.
