Following this trend, the strategic plan, international view, and company culture of a company became more important then ever. The personality traits of a company’s leader and his/her leadership style such as his/her attitudes, concepts, etc could possibly be the most influential factors in forming a company’s unique culture. The purpose of this research is to discuss the relationships between the personality traits and the leadership style of a company leader, to discover the impacts of the leadership style to organizational culture, and to investigate the relationships between a leader’s personality traits and his company’s culture. A general manager of a modern logistic company in Southern Taiwan is our study object. A quantitative approach following the case interviews is used in the study. The lateral relationships among the paired combinations of personality traits, the leadership style of a leader, and the organizational culture are investigated, in a hope that we could discover the reasons why the leader of the study earned a good, professional reputation in the logistic industry in Taiwan.
