Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系碩博士班 === 95 === Nowadays, the taste of the living space for consumers has increased due to the rise of the consuming consciousness in Taiwan. The demand of the chair does not only consider the mere basic function. Therefore, the usage and display of the chair with variable appearance and shape (formative chair) will strongly influence on the purchasing desire of consumers. How to design a formative chair to attract the consumer and to fit the demand of the safety and cost, a theoretical procedure is proposed to design and analyze the formative chair in this thesis. It is expected to offer an important reference guide of the material, shape and size of the formative chair to the designer when designing a formative chair.
The theoretical analysis procedure is divided into three parts. The first part is to reference the selling formative chair and the principle of the human mechanism and use the 3-D plotting-program “AUTOCAD” to design the model’s sample and relative size. The second part is to base on the designed model and transfer it to the finite element program “ANSYS” and build the model element mesh. After that, based on the loading and boundary conditions, the “ANSYS” is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the model structure and evaluate the model’s safety. The third part is to use the “Taguchi” and sensitivity analysis software to optimize the size of the designed model. It is expected to design a formative chair to fit the safety and the economic cost.
