Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系碩博士班 === 95 === This study presents a research on the dynamic compaction by using FLAC-2D to build a numerical model simulating the dynamic performance of the soil after impacts in laboratory. Two experiments, Single-point Impact Test (SIT) and sand box experiments, are used to acquire the dynamic responses after impacts. Meanwhile, to simulate the multi-pointed tamping of the dynamic compaction in field, a circular loading is used both in the experiment and the axial-symmetric model of the FLAC-2D software to verify the validity of the model. The results indicate that there is an agreement of the crater depths and stresses in soil mass between both SIT/sand box experiments and model simulation. It is noted that the model built in this study can be applied in the future effort in the simulation of the field multi-pointed tamping for a preliminary evaluation on the dynamic compaction.
