Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系碩博士班 === 95 === Airport Pavement Management System (APMS) provide systematic and professional approaches of predicting pavement conditions, choosing maintenance techniques, and planning maintenance schedules. Several APMSs have been developed and performed satisfactorily for decades in reducing maintenance cost. It is important to adopt the right APMS for the specific airport.
This study reviewed and summarized the key functions of the popular APMSs. By introducing Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the key functions were organized into layered structures. APMS selection criteria and weightings were then derived based on the expert interviews with the hierarchy questionnaires. The results shows that “database” and “analysis and prediction” are the critical functions in evaluating APMS.
