Today, problems of the enterprises are improving customer’s loyalty and responding quickly. A product’s success largely depends on how it meets customer needs. Without nice channel to communicate, the enterprise will lose their customers as soon as. The competitive benefits include reducing engineering costs and time to market, extending product portfolios and expanding market share. Quality function deployment has been used to translate customer needs and wants into technical design requirements in order to increase customer satisfaction. Quality function deployment uses the house of quality as a construct for understanding customer needs and establishing priorities of technical design requirements to satisfy hem. In addition, because experts make judgments on the importance of requirements are always subjective and vague. This article uses the analytic network process to prioritize technical design requirements by taking into account the degree of the interdependence between the customer needs and technical design requirements and the inner dependence among them.
