Utilize negative type JSR-120N photoresist, with exposure the graph by lithography technology, and electroforming the flow channels on the metallic bipolar plates, which with 300μm thickness and 500μm width, and sputtering anticorrosive metal of 1.2μm. Finally using the 1.5×1.5cm2 MEA, assemble into a single micro DMFC. A metallic bipolar plates of single micro DMFC has been appeared successfully, the maximum output power density is 9.3mW/cm2 and maximum current density is 100mA/cm2, when the methanol solution is 8 vol.% at room temperature 30℃, and have suitable feasibility, hope to apply to offer the new energy of products of 3C in the future. 楊錫杭 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
