So , how to get the new advantage of competition and to increase the competitiveness of company is the most important problem. Obviously , going to invest in China , take stock of layout , strategy of administration , and the competitiveness of operation are becoming more and more important. So this report is introduce and search for the advance of Taiwan in food industry and the company in Taiwan of food industry makes the invest in China. This report trying to use some examples to be basic theory-like the Potter’s diamond theory and the SWOT analysis.
