The policy of government in liberalization and global trade makes the advantage of competition for the company in Taiwan is not exist in international market. So , how to get the new advantage of competition and to increase the competitiveness of company is the most important problem. Obviously , going to invest in China , take stock of layout , strategy of administration , and the competitiveness of operation are becoming more and more important. So this report is introduce and search for the advance of Taiwan in food industry and the company in Taiwan of food industry makes the invest in China. This report trying to use some examples to be basic theory－like the Potter’s diamond theory and the SWOT analysis. And use the Uni－President to become the search point by in-depth search in each case for understand the Uni－President how to keep innovate and advance in the The strategy of two sides across the Taiwan Strait in Globalization！
