In the thesis, we implement a video surveillance system with object motion detection to stream video frames into the network. Thus, people would monitor easily via the internet and wireless LAN and they can control the camera directions at the remote side through the web browser. Besides, we design and implement a Windows CE operating system run-time image on the SandgateII-P platform.
