To understand the recovery and components of vegetation after forest fire. There are 5, 8, and 10 sampled plots at Hue-Sun Forest Station, Tungmao Mountain, and the Huanshan area, respectively (10m×25 m , each plot). Results showed that there are 25 families, 38 genus, 45 species of vascular plants at Huanshan area; 63 families, 107 genus, 142 species of vascular plants at Tungmao Mountain;44 families, 67genus, 83 species of vascular plants at Hue-Sun Forest Station. In total, there are 76 families, 147genus, 202 species of vascular plants in this study (including infraspecies taxa)。 According the stand structure and components of forest, it is indicated that the Pinus taiwnensis forests at Tungmao Mountain, the succession belongs to the “competition” stage, it will eventually success to hard wood forest. The vegetation of Hue-Sun Forest Station should be regarded to “stable” stage, it will eventually success to hard wood forest. The vegetation of Huanshan area should be regarded to “competiotion” stage, it will eventually success to Pinus taiwnensis –Quercus variabilis forest.
