碩士 === 中興大學 === 生物產業推廣暨經營學系所 === 95 === The effects of the social capital to organizations and the cooperation between individuals are being paid more attention by sociological researchers. This research defines the social capital as “a social relationship resource which can create more usable resources. It is the stock of social network, trust norms and reciprocity norms which are accumulated through the process of interaction in a society by activists.” The purposes of this research are: a. to analyze the relationship between the social capital of leisure farming park operators and the willing for future cooperation. b. to review the influence of a willing to collaborate in the future between the social capital of the leisure farming park operators and cooperative performance . By narrating theories and analyzing documents, this research will measure the social capital basing on reciprocity norms and trust norms and, tend to take the cooperative performance and the willing for future cooperation as the operating concepts by knowledge learning, information interflow, the ability to communication and resolution, creative thinking and long-term cooperation. The hypotheses are: H1: The higher the social capital of leisure farming park operator, the higher the willing for future cooperation. H2: The higher the social capital of leisure farming park operator, the higher the cooperative performance. H3: The higher the cooperative performance of leisure farming park operator, the higher the willing for future cooperation. H4: The social capital will influence the willing for future cooperation indirectly through the cooperative performance. The results of the research show that social capital is a key factory indeed to influence the cooperative performance and the willing for future cooperation. In that case, the higher the social capital of leisure farming park operators, the higher the cooperative performance and the willing for future cooperation of the gains and losses in the same area. Further, the cooperative performance are parts of the intermediate factors between the social capital and the willing for future cooperation, that is, it will raise the willing for the constant cooperation in the future to the social capital of leisure farming park operators via the accomplishment of cooperative performance in the area.
