Due to people’s request for enhanced quality of the environment surrounding them, and also consider development space for the biological survival, using renovate methods that would conform to landscape ecology idea to reduce the negative affects of construction on the environment is an inevitable trend. Therefore, this research would concentrate on analyzing the overall landscape ecological structure changes and the ecological pattern in the test area, with the use of questionnaire to find out how the creek caring projects would affect the landscape ecological transition, with the hope that the research result can be used as reference for future programs. On the point of analyzing landscape ecology, this research mainly collects the data of year 1980, 2002, and 2006, and use the GIS relative technology to deal with the images and to analyze the landscape’s tendency, in order to understand the structure variation of the whole landscape after the creek engineering. During 1980 to 2002, the whole patch’s quantity increases and has the phenomenon of crumble. In addition, the distribution of each patch becomes more disperse gradually, and the enchase decreases. During 2002 to 2006, after the creek engineering project has been put in place for several years, the whole landscape structure starts to become in ordered. Proven by the bird research data, higher sample are mostly scatter along the river side. Therefore, the creek engineer is able to stabilize our environment, and the big patch is increasing because of the plan of patch, as a result, the variety of birds in the testing area increases by a significant number. Regarding the expert questionary, the main motive of this research is “the possible effect of environment and ecology after the creek engineer construction”, and the physics and chemical impact, ecology impact, and landscape impact are the main three evaluations as the analyze items. In this research, there are three aspects to explore by rtaining walls, groundsills and permeability check dam. As to “rtaining walls engineer”, we pay attention on fifteen facts and the impact timing is on construction. About working on “permeability check dam”, we need to notice 20 factors’ effecting timing is most on construction.
