In this dissertation, we describe a new method in the fabrication of a disposable microchip using poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) by a facile and inexpensive process. The fabricated microchip contains a micro-channel (depth×width = 50×100 μm) fabricated by JSR photoresist and coupled with screen-printed electrode. Both lithography and screen printed technology have been used to made easy and advancement of the preparation process. The preparation process can be done in low temperature, low pressure with a fast bonding procedure. Additionally, the combination of flow injection analysis (FIA) and electrophoresis can improve the detection signal. The present method is easier to inject sample continuously by combining FIA and electrophoresis with amperometric detection. By taking advantage of the merit of electrophoresis in sample analysis with high resolution and short time detection, sharper signal with enhanced sensitivity provides the evidences for the superiority of the present method. As a preliminary result, uric acid, dopamine and catechol were detected successfully by using the proposed method. 曾志明 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
