This network instruction platform, using the Wiki technology, especially its writing function, was developed since the Wiki and Wikipedia (online encyclopedia) are presently the hottest web-based learning technologies. Literature review of Wiki, cooperative learning, and e-Learning were discussed. The Wiki website structure with collaborative learning and Wiki mechanism was designed and established, and then evaluated through the CRM course. Experimental instruction method is used to verify that the learners could achieve learning goals and construct knowledge clearly and logically. This cooperative instruction system included six levels: user level, tool level, homepage interface level, Wiki interactive level, Wiki model level, and database level. Moreover, the Wiki function covered basic editing, reading, management, index, editing controls. In addition, it used RSS reading software to make students get renewing knowledge in real time. The results of this study were: 1. Through Wiki-based cooperative e-Learning, the students'' interaction frequency increased significantly. 2. Through Wiki-based cooperative e-Learning, the students'' knowledge sharing and creation increased significantly. 3. Through Wiki-based cooperative e-Learning, the groups'' learning achievement increased significantly. The constraction of the learning platform not only provided knowledge acquisition, sharing and creation channels for learners, but also enhanced learners’ problem solving abilities through interaction, knowledge database and structured searching indexes. This research provided suggestions of using Wiki technology to improve students’ learning achievement in e-Learning environments.
