Questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview methods were employed to collect data. One hundred and forty nine preschoolers, between 3 and 6 years old, and their parents, were randomly selected from Taichung municipal nursery school to participate this research. All data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows12.0 software. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, path analysis and Chi-square test modules were used to analyze collected data. The results are as follows: 1. Mother is the key person to implement preschoolers’ sex education at home; both boys and girls accept equal opportunities to receive sex education. 2. The preschoolers’ parents have positive sex education attitudes toward their kids sex education as a whole; however, the attitudes differ in term of their educational backgrounds. 3. Preschooler’s age is the key factor that influences concept of sexuality development. 4. Parental social economic status has a positive and direct influence on their sex education attitudes; furthermore, the age of preschoolers and their parents’ age also show positive and direct influences on preschoolers’ concept of sexuality development. 5. Preschoolers generally have stereotype of sexual roles; both boys and girls sex role development seem well fit the social expectancy. 6. Preschoolers have existed cognitive deficit and various thoughts toward concept of sexuality of life origin.
