Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 95 === The Department of Intelligence infused Shueishang Police Bureau and an track down and arrest organization Coast Guard Command to construct the Reconnaissance Organization of Coast Guard Administration. Due to the rushing of the construction, the expected level of performance was not met and therefore problems emerge. To diagnose them and to analyze possible solutions, I use methods including literature analysis, comparative analysis and conducted in-depth interviews.
Analysing its advantage and inferior and external chance and threat, and then use the planning step of the management theory of the tactics, list inside advantage, inferior, and the external chance, threat, SWOT analysis, matrix mix rightly and planning of the tactics.
The purpose of this paper is to explore the questions of the organization structure, departments of dispatch, management of human research, the different view point of the executor of over-chief, front line staff ,the police, soldiers, and civil servant, then give the advice about the ranking of choosing strategies, to the actual affairs departments, as follows, Ws.Os strategy, Ss.Os strategy, Ss.Ts strategy, Ws.Ts strategy, and so on. Above-mentioned strategies are more agreeable to the real situation of the tracking down and arresting department. Otherwise, it will also afford suggestions about organization structure, departments of dispatch, training of human recruiting, welfare and remuneration of organization, and international cooperation to other researchers in the future.
Although this paper is according to the accruing strategies of the tracking down and arresting department in Coast Guard Administration to advance the questions and ways of strategies choosing, the administration and assessment must still be carried out in order to examine the result.
