When the outside environment changes threaten the growth of original core business, an enterprise can adopt new strategies to diversify risks and pursue developments by entering into new business area, conducting new business model to provide valuable products or services to customers. The objective of this research is to discuss the relationship between new business and original business while considering various organization models, innovation styles, and commercial behaviors. When an enterprise implements new business model to maintain the core competence and growing momentum, the management teams of both new business and original business have to deliberate how to make the new business success and to co-operate with the exited strategies. Choosing preferable executive strategy for new business can effectively transform the resources of original business as supportive criteria to various organizational models, innovation styles, and commercial behaviors of the new business. Therefore, the new business is capable to learn and establish its own competence and advantages shortly. The high-level corporate management must carefully selects new business model based on the relevance concerned with the original business. With the guidance and helpful resources of the original business, the early-stage conflicts and negative impacts that the new business may encounter will be decreased. The necessary flexibility and independence of new business should be provided sufficiently without any improper restrictions. Furthermore, by fostering appropriate environment for new business growth inside the original corporate can assist developing immediate responses toward highly competitive economic environment changes.This research provides worthwhile information and direction for enterprise owners and management teams of both new and original businesses when analyzing and choosing the strategies for new business in order to establish another successful company. 作者未提供 陳振祥 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
