The study is conducted through literature review and questionnaire survey. Firstly, “a questionnaire on cyber security literacy for teachers of senior and vocational high schools” was created according to research purposes, questions and related frameworks. Then, this study issues a questionnaire, and takes teachers of senior and vocational high schools in Taiwan through the project of the Ministry of Education - Promoting and popularizing information literacy and morality for the senior and vocational high schools in Taiwan. The conclusions of this study are drawn and respectively stated below: Dimension of policy, law, security and education, The male teachers have higher literacy of cyber security. Dimension of policy, law and education, 1. The teachers of the age is longer have higher literacy of cyber security. 2. The senior teachers have higher literacy of cyber security. 3. The teachers who serve as school principal have higher literacy of cyber security. 4. The teachers who are affiliated to central part of Taiwan have higher literacy of cyber security. Dimension of policy and law, The teachers with less experience of use the computer have higher literacy of cyber security. Dimension of security and education, The teachers with more experience of use the computer have higher literacy of cyber security. Dimension of security, 1. The teachers with younger age have higher literacy of cyber security. 2. The junior teachers have higher literacy of cyber security. 3. The teachers who serve as general teacher have higher literacy of cyber security. 4. The teachers who are affiliated to north part of Taiwan have higher literacy of cyber security. In conclusion, suggestions are made respectively for the teachers of senior and vocational high school. This study also provides a guide to a further research.
