Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 95 === Since the mid-1980s the enterprises aware of the changing of business operation model and micro interest, the information technology(IT) has become a powerful weapon of competition for enterprises to bring new products, new services, new operating procedures, additional markets and huge profits. In this case, the information technology department has become one of the most important organizations. However, the organization want to sustain competitive advantage, in addition to organizational strategy and performance, the information sector of the information strategy and performance are associated important; Sector strategy to combine the organizations strategies and achieve organizational goals, is the subject of continuing to be explored. Not only the correct business strategy, but also the performance evaluation tool of IT department needed to sustain the competitive advantage. The objective of this research is to localize the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) to suit for the IT Department Performance Evaluation. We need the Modified Delphi Mothod to find the localized BSC evaluation indicator for the IT Department. Afetr three phases investigation that 4 parts of BSC, We come to the conclusion of localized BSC evaluation indicator for the IT Department.
