Thus, all applications were limited to operating in their own specific functional areas, forming “islands of automation.” This study investigates the Enterprise Application Integration System as a means of 1) enabling independent decentralized systems to exchange information and communicate more consistently, 2) decreasing the duplication of data entry, and 3) reducing the data error rate. Through integration, each independent system and all data will be combined, which will raise user satisfaction, and increase the efficiency of performance on individual tasks. Our analysis is based on the theory of Delone & Mclean, an enterprise to integrate logistics information for example, study of system success model of enterprise application integration, and a questionnaire survey of enterprise internal user’s survey to their relevance. Positive results of this study are (1) a high quality information system including its Information Quality, Systems Quality, and Service Quality for use and user satisfaction will have a positive impact. (2) Further information system has affected the outcome of the use of combined -Net Benefits. A positive impact is relating to on user satisfaction and performance. (3) The positive impact is created on user performance and user satisfaction, thus, the feedback of Net Benefits for use and user satisfaction is verified in this study.
