The competition that organizations face is violent. Therefore improve the additional value of product and service to create the innovative activities of niche market. Those are organizations’ best competitive advantages. There is close relationship between intellectual capital and organization innovation, so is organizational culture. Rich intellectual capital is an improvement to promote the organizational innovation; the likelihood of organizational innovation will increase.
This empirical research focuses on Taiwan Service Firm. Though 81 questionnaires and statistic analysis, we can find the human capital positively influence the organizational innovation. That improves the importance of “human” to organization. Therefore the organization should emphasize the HRM to pretend the valuable employee to stay in the company. And innovative culture also can improve the organization to do some innovative activities quickly. It can attend the purpose of innovation easily. Organizational innovation and intellectual capital both can increase the inter-organization effectiveness. These results are for reference to service firms when they do the innovative activities.
