A proper set of proposals aim to corporatise the organization is also formulated under the consideration of organizational vision and business strategy as well. This study intends to achieve the follosing goals:
1.To formulate vision of corporation through the anslysis of industrial environment in which Organization C remains.
2.To sustain competitive advantage through the study of the core competency of Organization C.
3.To formulate the business strategy of corporation through the confirmation of diversification scope of Orgainzation C.
4.To summarize the organization question that Organization C may face up to during the course of its corporatization, and present the overall proposals.
The major topic of this study is to investigate the organization question that Organization C might encounter during the corse of corporatization; accordingly, proposals are worked out with regards to the major topic. In the process of study, it is necessary to ponder if the current organization structure needs to be adjusted in order to best fit the business style of corporation after corporatization; therefore, the external industrial developing trend and internal corporate operation status have to be carefully investigated. The contents of the study include the industrial anslysis of engineering consulting agency, the reason for the corporatization of Organization C, organization core competency, diversification strategy, organization performance and structure.
This study uses literature review and in-depth interview methods to fully research into the relevant theories of corporatization. A set of query is inferred and is put to the staff of all levels in Organization C for in-depth interviews.We collect and anslyze the theoretical ground for various research topics and the advice from interviewees, and present proposals for the corporatization of Organization C as the purpose of this study.
We have summarized the major organization question that Organization C has to face up to during the course of corporatization based on the outcomes of the interviews, and have presented concrete proposals after our interviews with the administrative staff of all levels in Organization C. It is hoped that Organization C may turn into a leader of engineering consulting agency in Asia, or a comprehensive engineering corporation, from its current leader in Taiwan. It may nurture its own core competency, and consolidate its corporate system, under the lead of the administration. All the staff of Organization C may gradually achieve the goals of corporate operation and every individual under the new organization structure by following the developing vision and business strategy. Therefore, Organization C may be running and developing continuously.
