| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 應用資訊研究所 === 95 === With the wide applications of digital contents on the internet, everybody pays attention to the topic of Digital Rights Management (DRM), which faces some problems, including illegal duplication and distribution, protection of intelligence property, authentication, and so on. Conventional DRM systems almost belong to closed development and lack of compatibility. So, we put forward the corresponding tactics, including Cryptography, Digital Watermarking and Rights Expression Language (REL), to solve the above-mentioned problems. The Citizen Digital Certificate (CDC) will be used for regarding as authentication and the mechanism of encryption/decryption in the solution. Through the design of authority and the management of procedure, it only allows the legal user who is authorized to access and play the protected content. In this thesis, we propose a new solution on DRM framework for on-line digital contents with the commonability, security and integrality. Finally, we also implement our proposed solution.
