碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 休閒管理研究所 === 95 === Research on the Interrelationships Among Leisure Participation, Quality of Life and Health Promotion Abstract The purpose of this paper was to explore the interrelationship among leisure participation, quality of life and health promotion of members in the beingsport health club. The main investigation focuses on the members whose ages are between 18 to 65 years old. Quota sampling and purpose sampling were used in the study. 490 surveys were sent out, and 385 are effective. The result shall be the reference for designing leisure participation, quality of life and health promotion. The findings of this research were as following: 1.The leisure participation and quality of life are significantly positively related. Influence mostly on quality of life is hobbies. 2.The quality of life and health promotion are significantly positively related. Influence mostly on health promotion is environment. 3. The leisure participation and health promotion are significantly positively related. Influence mostly on is hobbies. Thus, the recommendations were as following: ＊Providing the pluralistic facilities and activity. Key words: Leisure Participation, Quality of Life, Health Promotion
