Summary:碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 95 === Main purposes of this study are to empirically explore the relationships among the leadership behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. With 326 pieces of questionnaires issued in this study, there are 270 pieces of valid questionnaires retrieved for using in this study. Statistical software SPSS version 10.0 is utilized to conduct Descriptive statistical analysis, Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Analysis of variance, Regression analysis and Canonical correlation analysis for demonstrating the hypotheses of this study. The major results of this study are summarized as followed: 1. The leadership behavior is positively related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The job satisfaction is positively related to organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The organizational commitment is positively related to organizational effectiveness. 2. With various organizations of Universities, there are significant differences between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness; but no significant difference is found on the leadership behavior. 3. The leadership behavior has apparent effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The job satisfaction has apparent effects on organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The leadership behavior, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has apparent effects on organizational effectiveness.
