Furthermore, it is also the basic foundation that enterprise depends for surviving and development. Risk, which is one of the original attributes that belongs to the innovation of technology, limits the scale and strength of the innovation of technology. According to the related data from international statistics, the chance of success in developing and producing is only one-sixth, and only two-thirds products that are successful in develope and producing could be guided into the real market. The research, which takes the high technology in Taiwan as objective, tries to realize the recognition and importance from high technologic industry in Taiwan to high risk in the technology innovation via questionnaire. By understanding the high risk of technology innovation which high technology industry has to face, the study notice the difference in degrees and proposes the appropriate strategies for coordination. The successful manager, who would not and could not escape the risk, has to establish a sound risk management system according to different risk degrees. It can allow enterprise to approach the success in risk management when enterprise faces the new risk in the innovation of technology.
