Our international tourist industries, due to the consideration we had officially joined the WTO, the promotion program for the liberalization of Taiwan visits from the Mainland Area, the transport service of the High Speed Rail and the establishment of the Central Taiwan Science Park, is facing much greater challenge. The key success factor of enterprise permanent operation should be how our tourism industry managementer staff operate their resources in the variant environment to create value for their stakeholders including customers, employee, stockholders and supplies and gain competitive advantage. Our research is based on International Tourist E hotel for Taichung,using depth interview research , quantitative questionnaire as assistance. Discuss the international tourist hotel industries characteristics and the state now, the Internal and general environment, competitive advantage and value activities through the E hotel, and based provide future operation and competitive strategy advise. In the end, four propositions are proposed by this study through a case study and data analysis: 1:There exists significant influence between the competitive advantage and the value of stakeholders. 2:There exists significant influence between the general environment and the competitive advantage. 3:There exists significant influence between the Value Activities and competitive advantage of enterprise. 4:There exists significant influence between the value of enterprise, the competitive advantage and enterprise permanent operation.
