Compare with large enterprises, though the resources of SMEs are more limited, they are still eventually have to use edge tool like EPR system to gain a better competitive advantage for survive when they are facing the impact of industrial environmental vicissitude. Therefore it is extremely valuable works to understand the behavior intention of SMEs adopt ERP system. The purpose of this study treats the correlation influence factors of behavior intentions that the management and employers of SMEs adopt ERP system. This study refer to Davis’ (1989) Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Ajzen’s (1985) Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Igbaria and Iivari’s (1995) Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE) to build a statistics model and using purposive sampling to choose 300 samples for doing questionnaire survey. The sample data will undergo reliability and validity tests then use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to statistical analysis and the results shown: in general, the behavior intentions that SMEs adopt ERP system are influenced by perceived usefulness, attitude toward behavior and subjective norm. Perceived usefulness is influenced the most among these factors. It implied shows when the ERP system function conform the need of enterprises then the intention of enterprise usage is also higher. In the realistic environment, the stakeholders also affect the intention behavior of enterprise to adopt the ERP system. The Management concerns are perceived ease of use of the system, on the other hand, employee’s intention behavior of using ERP system is affected by anxiety and perceived behavior control.
