This research with system dynamics view to discuss that passive component market development of small and medium-sized enterprises industry person grow up the trends only to come, passive component industry have technological threshold low, complicated making Cheng hang on artificial homework such characteristics as main fact, etc. all specification, this research establishes the systematic dynamics model of fund, customer, products, can producing and interrelation, in order to understand its operating structure in depth. Find from the model, the dominance which influences the industry of the passive component of fiber optical is a new, loyal customer cycle, number which the customer counts and the order amount brought, for its main growth challenge. Design finding, will bring a large number of customers when reducing at the price, the gross profit of the only passive component is not high, in order to maintain the gross profit when can't reduce prices, it is to worth operator's considering and also increase customers. Make use of and study and offer reference while managing and developing to small and medium-sized enterprises, pay attention to the doing in the test amount of globality, in order to avoid falling into the predicament of growing.
