Not yet has by the comprehensive survey -like way discusses the knowledge management the variable relations, also extremely is short by Knowledge Transfer and the knowledge propelling force guidance way makes the empirical study the research. This research affiliation by to enterprise's empirical study and a correlation case study, provides the knowledge management the enterprise, will construct the construction knowledge management when the future will have a strategy directive to take the reference.
