This research deliberated the subject includes: (1) analysis of and the discussion by way of the correlation literature, reorganizes knows knowledge management enablers, knowledge transfer and the achievements solid service utilization (2) discusses knowledge of management enablers, knowledge transfer and the achievements during important variable document the connection (3) the affiliation makes the suggestion material of analysis by this research with the document discussion. Between knowledge transfer and the achievements to inquire into the variable again, forms the knowledge management system management system overhead construction. In view of the knowledge management empirical study research, induces knowledge management enablers, knowledge the transfer achievements influence factor some important influence variables, and the attempt connects by the document analysis way these knowledge management essential factors, establishes a research framework.
