The study is aimed to investigate the influence of the leadership style and job characteristics on job performance, the mediate effect of organizational commitment between leadership style and job Performance, the mediate effect of organizational commitment between job characteristics and job Performance. The empirical results of this study can be applied to the management of this field. In order to reach the above objective, this study used questionnaires to gather 108 valid questionnaires. The data was analyzed by a number of statistical techniques such as t-test Analysis, one-way-ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis. The evidence found in the study indicated that: 1.There is a significant correlation positively between all the dimensions of leadership style and all the dimensions of organizational commitment. 2.There is a significant correlation positively between all the dimensions of job characteristics and all the dimensions of organizational commitment. 3.There is a significant correlation positively between all the dimensions of organizational commitment and all the dimensions of job performance. 4.There is a significant correlation positively between all the dimensions of leadership style and all the dimensions of job performance. 5.Except skill variety, there is a significant correlation positively between all the dimensions of job characteristics and all the dimensions of job performance. 6.Leadership style has a significant positive predictor of the ability of efficiency target and effect target. 7.Job characteristics has a significant positive predictor of the ability of efficiency target and effect target. 8.Organizational commitment is a significant positive predictor of the ability of efficiency target and effect target. 9.Organizational commitment mediates the effects of leadership style on job performance. 10.Organizational commitment mediates the effects of job characteristics on job performance.
