碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 95 === Recently, the higher education had the effective development in China, and some universities have got the higher rank than Taiwan. The education strategy and development process have become a benchmark for Taiwan decision making department. The data are based on the top100 universities in China, which evaluated by www.netbig.com in 2005. The study was come out by researching for the six subject academic resource, student situation, professor resource, materials resource, and the other16 factors which belonged to the same data basis. The six subjects were divided into two dimensions. The first dimension is defined as input factors: academic resource, student situation, professor resource, and materials resource. The other dimension is defined as academic result and academic reputation. There are three steps research method as below：First of all, evaluate the management of China universities by the Data Envelopment Analysis. Secondly, to find out the key points by well using the pre-phase effectiveness which adopt from Neural Network. And found that the predicted of Artificial Neural Network was being accurately and steadily finally. The study is trying to combine the above three steps concepts which have never been used to do the university management evaluation basis, and hope the innovation research result could be a reference and guideline for our education institutes.
