Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具工程系碩士班 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to use the sound transformation technology to predict the sound, which is emitted by vibrational object with external force. The vibration signals of object was regarded as sound spectrum data and written as WAVE files by hexadecimal format into the computer program with Visual Basic language. The created sound files are used to simulate the real vibration sound and the vibration signals that have been transformed into the sound successfully.
Using a tetragon steel plate as a model, The study cycle is divided into three parts. The first part is to utilize Visual Basic language to program the files which can transform vibration signals into sound, and produce the sound with WAVE file from vibrational object. The second part is for ANSYS analysis and sound synthesis. Firstly it is to make a striking analysis by utilize ANSYS, and then it can find vibration spectra and draw the time and frequency domain of the object vibration with external force. Then regarded the time domain of vibration signals as sound amplitude data, and base on the time domain, predict the sound may be emitted when this vibration. The third part is experimental result comparison. By striking the same size of steel plate to measure and getting the vibration signals with frequency spectrum analyzer, further to analyzed spectra result and investigate the both sound.
This achievement can be applied in other fields in the future, such as solving the problem that various kinds of industry development, and can also make use of sound of the vibration signal to judge factors such as tool machine trouble, cutter wear, and unusually shaking or noise, etc...
