The effects of the exit round of die, the extrusion ratio, the thick ratio of core and sleeve layer, the length of core and the friction factor are investigated with the extrusion load. The behavior of deformation of core can be interpreted from observing the distribution of stress and strain. The result simulated by the computer can predicted the properties of the product after extrusion process and it can be applied to extrusion process to reduce the cost and the experimental time.
