The main object of this study is to find new possibilities of design method in order to enhance the design work. This study presents a calculation model of pneumatic conveyor by utilizing the vacuum dust collector in blasting technique. By using fluid dynamic to obtains the formula for the process parameters. A program was written in MATLAB supposing to help designer predict the process parameters. All results also been validated by experiments and the actual model by the supporting from RichSou Company.
