Regular waves were first used to initiate hydrodynamic simulation with an impermeability bottom. Followed by the William G (1996) with a scale model of one to fifty the navigation channel therefore been design. The conditions include three different distances (between the navigation channel and rectangular pit) and depths.The investigation of hydrodynamic model was attested in order to analysis the effects to Willian’s theory. The result show when regular waves passed the navigation channel for about one third of the channel, the wave seems to be accelerated by height and symmetrical. Moreover, when waves passed over the center of navigation channel it accunted for decrease on the wave height. This result shows quite the same result compare with William’s theory. The other experiment included a rectangular pit in front of the navigation channel with three different distances (between the navigation channel and rectangular pit) and two different depths (0.60m and 0.65m) that were been done.
