Finally, we design a Power Rate Analyzing Platform by asp.net to generalization the application benefit of the thesis. This research provided a procedure to build up a platform of analyzing power rate. The platform uses the network database technology and Web-base application interface design technology. Users can design the multi-stage power rate by the analyzing platform, and also can analyze and compare the power rate with different cluster of customer.
