Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程系碩士班 === 95 === The feasibility studies on the decline in the water uptake for the some commercialized PI films were thoroughly investigated by exposing these films to the different intensities of UV light. UV radiation on the surface of the PI film results in the chemical reactions, usually crosslinking, and hence the water uptake, gas permeability, thermal properties, and mechanical properties. The water uptake for TaiFlex PI film declined by 17.5% and DuPont Kapton 50H film by 11%. The thermal stability for TaiFlex PI film did not alter, but its tensile strength increased as the times of UV exposure increased. Alternatively, ionic migration within the 2L FCCL (2 layer Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) slightly decrease, probably due to that the crosslinking takes place.
