This will yields to rearrange the original master schedule. This research develops a checking capacity information system based on real time after receiving the customer order. After finding the shortage of inventories, the system can compute the loading of bottleneck equipment and the human resources. Before arranging master schedule, the loading of the all resources provides a reference for decision maker to make a decision of outsourcing or manufacturing.
